My question is who else is pushing this besides the UN and why? Is it cuz they care or just because they feel guilty that the didn’t help during the war. Maybe more focus could be put into rebuilding the country.
I have smart friends…”just take it day by day and focus on ur hustle. Cause when u think about it ur gonna overwhelm ur self.”
I’ll joke about finding boos, but don’t pay much mind b/c I want to take advantage of opportunities my parents didn’t have.
The former chief warden at a Khmer Rouge prison has had his sentence increased (from 19 years to life) by a United Nations-backed tribunal in Cambodia. In announcing the sentence, the presiding judge said that the man, known as Duch, was “a shocking and heinous character’’ who had overseen “a factory of death’’ and perpetrated crimes that were “undoubtedly among the worst in human history.’’
I never know how to respond to the tribunal articles, but one comment stuck out to me in particular about the government trying to get through the tribunal cases quickly. Why wouldn’t they? Every tribunal is like reopening a wound. It’s important for our community to feel like justice is being served, but there’s an extremely thin line between healing and continuing to be in pain.

A strong woman won’t let anyone get the best of her, but a woman of strength gives the best of her to everyone.
A strong woman makes mistakes and avoids the same in the future, but
a woman of strength realizes life’s mistakes can also be God’s blessings and capitalizes on them.

A strong woman has faith that she is strong enough for the journey, but a woman of strength has faith that it is in the journey that she will become strong.
